There are 4 screws (2 each side) securing the plastic surround that the brake handle comes through. Once you have removed the surround,you will see a threaded rod with a nut on top behind the handle. Tighten the nut 'till you can pull the handle up about 7 clicks. Check that the brakes arn't binding.
