You may have to remove various covers in the engine compartment to get to the adjusting screws on the back of the headlight assembly. Best left to a professional who will properly aim the headlamps so that they do not blind oncoming traffic.

If you can get a hold of an owners manual it gives a good description of how to adjust the headlights. Mine is a 2000 and the manual is pretty detailed. The problem I have is the adjustment screws are broken off, have not figured out how to fix that.
