Slacken off the top bolt of the Power Steering pump, you need to remove the bracket that covers the adjuster. then using a suitable socket and spanner loosen the lock nut and adjust.
Only tighten if you can hear the belt slipping and it looks in good condition, overtigten a worn belt and you you risk damaging bearings in the pump. You should be able to grab part of the belt between the PAS pump and the engine pulley, and twist it round 90 degrees as a rough guide.

how to remove a power steering pulley on a 1997 Nissan altima
where is the power steering pump on a nissan vanette 2000 2.3 d
No it has electric power steering.
A 1990 Nissan pickup truck has power steering. If the truck is displaying symptoms of not having power steering check the fluid levels and pump itself.
It has electronic power steering and, unlike hydraulic steering, does not use any power steering fluid to operate.
You can add power steering fluid to your Nissan Pathfinder by adding it to the power steering reservoir. The power steering reservoir will be near the firewall in the engine compartment.
You don't. Electronic feed pump. If steering gets bad, go to dealer and have pump checked.
