You don't. Reeds are not an adjustable part. If something is wrong with them, which hardly ever happens, you have to replace them.

Yes, most parts should.
Sound Blaster was made by Creative technology and used in IBM PC's until Microsoft Windows 95 was introduced. The Sound Blaster was first released in 1989.
It will make it hard to tune and will have sporadic rev habits. My recommendation would be to drop $5 on a gasket (only uses 1 from the factory) and take the reed cage out and visually inspect the reeds for cracks or chips.
buy a can-am and it will fix the problem
You don't. You can remove pump and pre-mix the gas.
To adjust the clutch on a 1989 Yamaha Blaster, first locate the clutch cable adjuster near the handlebars. Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjuster to achieve the desired free play; typically, there should be about 1-2 mm of play at the lever. After adjusting, tighten the lock nut and check the clutch engagement by pulling the lever and observing if the bike shifts smoothly. If further adjustment is needed, you may need to adjust the clutch assembly itself, which involves removing the side cover.
On a 1989 Blaster cylinder, "Y2" typically denotes a specific manufacturing code or part number that indicates the cylinder's design or compatibility. This code can help identify the cylinder's specifications, such as its bore size or intended application. For precise details, it's best to consult manufacturer documentation or a parts catalog relevant to the 1989 Blaster model.
