Well, you can do it but more importantly...Is this acceptable behavior with your Safety Dept. Changing the speed involves risks that may not be covered by your companies insurance provider and/or may violate your PIT rules and Safety regulations that are currently in place. Take the advice of this Safety Coordinator...Leave it alone and/or speak with the company rep that built the PIT. Also, I'm sure PM's are done on your equip, techs will be happy to discuss this issue with you.

you can`t adjust the idle speed manualy,it has to be done through the ecu via a main dealer diagnostic computer.
there is a set screw on the linkage on the carb that will adjust it.
