Hello, No. You cannot run a twin cylinder Carpigiani machine on one Pump. Each Hopper/Cylinder needs a separate Pump. Hope this helps. Regards Harish Shah

Its not the heat or cold that makes the ice cream, its the machine, althought temperature does have its role, and ice cream when being made comes out soft out of the machine and put into a blast then into a freezer!! So yes it can be made in a hot room
