You are supposed to wear your seat belt in order to stop the seat belt alarm from chiming on a Hyundai Sonata. This is an important safety mechanism that should not be tampered with.

There is a lever on the left side of the drivers seat that you can pump up or down.
To find the air bag plug under the seat, look for a yellow plug on a 2002 Hyundai Sonata. Re-connect the yellow plug to the yellow plug receptacle. There should also be an orange strap that keeps the plug from separating. If that is broken, it will need to be replaced.
When under the car, the tank will be located practically under the rear passanger seat/rear wheel well.

Order a new seat locking lever from FORD, it should be accessable from the drivers side where you adjust the seat.
You can adjust the e-brake by taking up the slack in the cables. The adjustment is outside the frame rail, under the drivers side of the vehicle, aprox under the drivers seat.
Linkage is on the drivers side of trany (about under drivers seat area). May not be adjustable, but if it is then look there for a adjustment rod
