There is a lever on the left side of the drivers seat that you can pump up or down.

Yes the seat is easily adjustable via knobs. The seat can be height and tilt adjusted.
Order a new seat locking lever from FORD, it should be accessable from the drivers side where you adjust the seat.
There is no right seat height, its whats comfortable for you. What is important though is the SAG. So set your SAG then see where your at first. You can adjust the height through lowering kits, seat and links for suspension, and tall seat kits if you need more height.

if its a mk 6 fiesta there in the usual place, if you sit in the seat they are either side of your bum, slip your fingers between seat base and seat back and you'll feel them, only just out of sight, doesnt appear to be a top tether connection tho
