get under the van and find the underside of gear stick.undo the four clips that hold the cover on.you then have to make sure the van is in neutral both at the gear stick and at the gear selector on top of gear box.a 10mil x 30mil bolt is then placed into the oval shaped metal bracket to lock the gear stick in neutral,it is easy to see,you then take both metal clips off the cables and pull the plastic bit out,give the cables a wobble at this point as they will ajust to what they need to be at,just clip the metals clips back in and check you have gears,a fine ajust may be needed if the parts are worn but thats it:)
