How do you adjust the headlights on a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant GTZ?
I have changed the headlight but I need to adjust it as the lights don't hit the road
I had the same problem trying to locate the port for the OBD II on the Mitsubishi 2003 Galant.. It turns out that it is on the drivers side, under the dash where the steering wheel is located. I had to get on my back with a flashlight to get to it, but it is pretty easy to spot when you are down there.. Mine was White. I hope this helps you out..

European Passats have a headlight leveling switch located to the left of the steering wheel (on Left Hand Drive cars). It's purpose is to provide the ability to adjust your headlights if you have a heavy load in the back of the car. If you are moving to England you need to replace your LHD headlights with Right Hand Drive headlights. There is also an aiming adjustment on the headlights themselves.

There are adjusting screws on the top and side of each headlight. You can aim them using a wall or your garage door to check level and projection and take it on the road to check whether you are blinding oncoming drivers.
