Traction control.
Its the light that signifies the traction control system has malfunctioned. Wheel bearings are a possibility for it to turn on I believe.
there are two TCL lights. The blue-green one says the TCL system is active (you are in a slide or cornering too fast) Vacuum is released to get the engine to about 3000 rpm (torque limiting) and selective braking is applied. Why you would want to see the light in this condition is questionable. The other orange light is the indication that you have turned TCL off or you have a problem with the TCL system. many codes so you need to have someone with a tcl capable scanner read the system then go for the fix. Rarely the computer. most likely the valves above the master cylender on the firewall. Code 71 means the left valve (vacuum valve) is bad and 72 means the right valve (aspirator valve) is bad.
In order to fix a Mitsubishi mirage signal light that doesn't turn off, you would need to understand the wiring system. This is a problem with the wiring and the circuit that connects the power from the battery to the signal light.
its the traction control light. more specifically its the traction control malfunction light

...got the same prob last week. the only answer to the prob is a remote control coming from the distributor... you can search the net for the distributor of the TCL TV you have. they will ask you for the tv model. any remote control won't do, it must be a TCL RC alone.
A bad A/T Control Relay switch may be the reason your light is blinking on the N of the shift gear in your Mitsubishi Montero Sport. The part will need to be ordered from the dealership to fix it.
