Its on the engine side of the injection pump. 14mm lock nut and flatblade screwdriver to adjust. Do not over tighten or you can break off the mount like on this pump. Turn the bolt clockwise (right) to increase idle speed, counter-clockwise (left) to decrease idle speed. Once adjusted, re-tighten the 14mm lock nut.
