You cannot adjust timing its done in the ecu
It doesn't have timing..
15 degrees BTDC for turbo and 20 degrees BTDC on non-turbo...
depending on your engine type some 1994 Hyundai scoupe engines will work and some 1995 Hyundai scoupe engines will work some engines were turbo and some had a distributor and others had coil packs
sounds like getting to much fuel adjust timing on fuel ump
There is a plastic line across from how it was made on the cap and you want your timing place to the left just a little bit behind from what they call #1
The 1981 280ZX Turbo does not have a traditional crankshaft position sensor like modern vehicles. Instead, it uses a combination of a distributor and ignition timing mechanisms to determine engine position. The distributor is located on the front of the engine, near the intake manifold, and plays a key role in timing the ignition based on the engine's rotation. If you're troubleshooting ignition issues, checking the distributor and its components is essential.
WHAT TIMING ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? STATIC SPILL TIMING ? CAM TIMING ? IS IT 407 TURBO OR NON TURBO ? JAY jbmdiesel@telkomsa.net 0837922103
To start timing on the 2C Turbo diesel engine, you will have to locate or distinguish camshaft timing marks.
motorcraft.com shows for the 1990 Ford Probe 2.2 L ( 133 cubic inch ) 4 cylinder : ignition timing : 6 degrees BTDC , and --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9 degrees BTDC - manual transmission - with turbo - with self test connector grounded
For a 1984 Chrysler LeBaron with a 2.2 turbo engine, the timing marks are typically located on the crankshaft pulley and the timing cover. The timing mark on the crankshaft pulley aligns with a notch or pointer on the timing cover to set the ignition timing. The correct timing specification for this engine is usually around 10 degrees BTDC (Before Top Dead Center). Always refer to the specific service manual for precise details and adjustments.
no - timing chain instead
MK Turbo Diesel 2.8 has a timing chain fitted not a belt
