there are bolts on the top and bottom arms that hold the door to the van on the door side of these arms that can be loosened to adjust the door then tightened back but for me the top bracket is bent i will have to replace the arm

I have found that usually the problem is the rollers freeze up on the door. You can take the door off by taking off the trim piece above the track with a phillip screwdriver. Take the door off by removing all the small bolts holding the 3 bracket arms connecting to the door. Clean and grease up the rollers, spray the tracks with WD-40. Reassemble. Done.
