How do you adjust the tensioner pulley on the timing belt on 2001 Daewo?

There is a bolt in the center of the tensioner (silver). Turn it counterclockwise to loosen it, and then turn the tab with the hex hole in it to the left as well. You'll need a hex-key for this second step.
