The cable must be replaced if damaged.
The 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee emergency brake cable has adjustment nuts on each end of the cable. Turn the adjustment nut to lengthen or shorten the cable.
The throttle cable is not adjustable.
The throttle position sensor is mounted to the throttle body. It is located opposite of where the throttle cable goes onto the throttle body.
There is no adjustment on the throttle cable.
To adjust the throttle cable, first open the hood of the car and locate the cable. Then, adjust the screws on either side of the cable. Following that, tighten the cable so that it is taut and there is no slack, but it is not over tight.

A Grand Caravan would have the 41TE transmission which does not have a throttle or kickdown cable.
Accelerator pedal, cruise servo, and transmission kickdown cable.
It's not adjustable.
