You can't, but changing your oil often may keep the noise down, a half quart of Lucas oil stabilizer in your next oil change will help too.
That engine has hydraulic lifters, they keep the valve train tight through oil pressure, better oil pressure means better fit.
If it is still noisy you may want to look into replacing the lifters, but first try an oil system cleaner like sea foam to remove any deposits that could make them stick, change the oil, and filter, and use the oil stabilizer, that works for many Jeepers.
Sadly this is gonna require a visit to the dealer. Plan on spending $40 or so to get this done. Every Jeep from 1996 or so onward will need a dealer program to get keyless working.
