Stock Dodge Magnum 360 engine in the Ram was rated at 245hp/335ft-lbs of torque.
adjust valves at rocker nuts until all noise (clatter goes away then turn each adjuster 1/4 turn at a time .let the engin recover as it will run a bit rough . then turn again unti the adjuster has turned a full 360 degrees or one turn
It could either be a 5.2L (318) or a 5.9L (360).

Mopar makes a very good 5.9L 360 V8 engine (408 stroker) with over 400 ft./lbs. of torque and approximately 370 hp. The only thing is mopar does not put the magnum heads in it, but you would be good with some aluminum heads.
