How do you allow online service on a psn sub-account when its restricted?

Simple answer you can not, Sony has a failure to realize that you actually 'grow up', they do not allow a sub account user to access any content above 12 years of age, so even if you 15 you can not play on the game, but there perfectly fine once you turn 15 to download 15 rated games, but it will not allow you to play 'a money making scheme by Sony.
