The relevant answer includes the reasons why you will be valuable to the company, i.e. how you can increase their bottom line, exceed their goals, bring new customers, retain customers, etc. NOT because you "really, really want the job" or "have always wanted to...". Don't make the mistake of making this about YOU and not the company. You'll tell them at some other point how much you want the job. I've interviewed and hired many people over the years, and the ones with the relevant answer tell me how the specific experience they bring to the job will benefit the company in a specific way.
