This is obviously a question on an application form for employment. WE cannot answer this for you - the airline is looking for an original answer. If we answer it - and you copy the answer - anyone reading your application will obviouly know you did not formulate the answer yourself. The solution - is to list all the reasons for & against on a separate piece of paper - then use your own reasoning to formulate a good answer to be written on the application form !
