To do this, you will need to be signed into the same iCloud service, and FaceTime, across both devices. Your iPhone has to have iOS 8 installed, while the Mac has to have OS X Yosemite. Both devices also needs to be on the same wifi network. Wifi calling from your iPhone has to be turned off. When you get an incoming call, a notification will pop up at the top corner of the Mac devices' display. You can answer, send the caller a message, or send it to voicemail.
