In my opinion, just be honest with the interviewer. If you have been or have already other interviews scheduled, then just tell the interviewer that yes, you are interviewing with other companies. It will show your interviewer that there is something about you that interests also other companies and that he might lose a chance to add a great asset to his company if he doesn't consider you seriously for the job you're applying for. Be careful, though, if you have interviews for other jobs that are not related at all (let's say you applied for a finance job and another one as a plumber) do not mention them. Ideally, the situation would be that you have (or had) interviews with their competitors.
