β 9y agoWhat you don't want to do is give a chronological account of your life. The potential employer is not asking for an oral autobiography, Instead, focus on your interests and passions as they relate to your career goals and objectives.

β 16y agoI think that the main reason that potential employers ask you that question is to see to see how well you know your self. It also shows if you have self confidence in your self.
