Keep it as close to the eyelashes as possible, otherwise it will smear to the top of the lid and it is a complete mess so be careful. Sometimes if i apply too much, I blow dry it so it won't smear. Pathetic, but it works. Keep a steady arm and slowly brush it, like I said, as close to the lash line as possible.
