lots of blush (not pink/shimmery) on the cheeks (too look like a fever) and nose (to look like you've been blowing your nose a lot), foundation on the lips/no lipstick and minimal eyeshadow (maybe a little of the blush you used for the cheeks). that should give the flushed look of a fever and the pale look of sickness. maybe spritz with water or add extra moisturizer to look like you're perspiring a little.
