In digimon world dawn and dusk which are for the ds you have to have 100 percent scan data on a digimon.Now, everytime you see a digimon check its scan data which is located at the bottom right side of the bottom screen.if it is at 100 percent or higher go to the digilab,go to digiconvert and convert the digimon you wanted into a actual digimon.
