You don't know if she doesn't like you unless you try and ask her out in the first place. I suggest being nice to her at all times. If she doesn't want to go out with you she might say "maybe we can be friends" and that's the first step towards a relationship. If she doesn't ask that maybe you should suggest "can we be friends though" and chances are she will say yes. Being a friend is getting one step closer to dating. When your friends you can get to know eachother more and maybe she will start to change her mind about you. She will start to like you then.
