How do you ask a girl out properly?

Be gentlemanly. Don't make yourself out to be something that you're not, because sooner or later, if the two of you start dating, she'll find out who you really are anyway. Oh and, be confident and persistent! You know, "If at first you don't succeed....."

I am a girl so i no what i am talking about. If u have talk to her before then walk up to her and say something like "Hello, can i ask you something quick?" if she says yes. say something like "I really like this girl i think she is wonderful (or something nice). But i don't no i she likes me back. What should i do?" then she should respond and if she says something like ask her out. then "ok i will take you advice. (Name of girl), will u go out with me?

Be straight forward, always putting the ball in her court. EX: I would like to take you to dinner. Would you like to go with me on Friday evening? or What evening would be best for you to go? It's not a closed question. She has to put thought and give an answer, but beware. If she says no right off, then you may need to court her friendship just a little bit longer until she feels comfortable to go with you. If it's an emphatic "No" then I wouldn't pursue it. Extra tips...if she says yes #1 be prepared to pay for the whole meal including the tip, #2 Ask her if she has any particular likes or dislikes on food. Don't choose right off the bat for her. ex: Do you like seafood? I know of a great place called.... or if you don't like seafood just say "I'm not partial to seafood, but I'm not particular to anything else. What about this place called...." #3 Suggest places that are of your economic status- Meaning if she's a secretary and your an office jock, taking her to a $100 plate restaurant wouldn't go so well. She may feel out of place. #3) NO FASTFOOD and NO BARS.
