Not really enough information given in order to answer. Sign an order for what? Affecting who? Who 'dismissed' the judge from the case? If you think the judge issued an improper order AFTER she no longer had jurisdiction over the case, take the order to the judge presently presiding over the case and ask him to "stay" the other judge's order.

It all depends upon the wording of the order that the judge issued. The record of the hearing and the decision are public records. You can go to the Clerk of The COurt's office and ask to see a copy of the order.
Well, they don't become invisible... I really can't figure out what you're trying to ask. A no contact order means that a person is not supposed to contact ... someone. If that someone is you, then no, you can't go to see them.
No you can not ask a judge to be with a minor sexually. Nor can the parents give permission. The minor have to have reached the age of consent, being emancipated or married in order to have sex legally. If this is regarding dating and not sex that is up to the parents. I seriously doubt any judge would go against that.

Your best bet is to contact your states bar association to file a complaint. If that fails contact your states judicial department to ask for information on where to complain about the judge to.
