Women generally do not become Masons, but with a husband, father or grandfather as a mason a woman can belong to Eastern Star, an associated organization. Nothing indicates she is Eastern Star, which she would be entitled to join, which means that she doesn't belong to it. Nor does she belong to the Women's Grand Lodge, a small Masonic Organization limited to women.
