asking if you can wear makeup really depends on your age and your parents opinion. a good way to ask is when your shopping (and there's usually a makeup isle like in Walmart) ask if you can go look at the nail polish or body mists then "wander" over to where the makeup you want to wear is. grab the one you want and ask if you can try wearing it and if you can have it (even say you'll buy it if its what you are willing to pay for) :)
