Well what I would do is text each other and see how they go on and say stuff like have u got a bf or a gf stuff like that o and DO not make it sound serious it freaks u out .....by freddy nooo (I am a girl he he nick name )

you should ask her how she is and what she likes doing. then sheel ask you the same. just try and knit up the relationship. text her, talk to her, tell jokes and smile. then you will become close friends.
then mabye shell realise she likes you more than just a friend. girls don't usually like to make the first move. ask her out. if she says no DONT PESTER HER! just ask "why?" an dDONT FORCE HER TO ANSWER! ask instead "am i doing something wrong?"
