To ask if someone speaks French in French, you can say "Parlez-vous français ?"
You can ask someone for their date of birth by saying, "When is your birthday?" or "What is your date of birth?"
To ask someone how to spell their name in French, you can say "Comment tu épelles ton nom ?" which translates to "How do you spell your name?"
In American Sign Language, you can sign "WHEN YOU BORN?" to ask someone when they were born.
In Krio language, you would say "How you dey?" to ask someone how they are doing.
You can ask questions in any language you can type in. After you ask, just place the question in the "Languages and Cultures" category, and hopefully someone else that speaks that language will find it and answer it. Canadian is not a language. Do you mean to ask if they can speak French Canadian? If so: Est-ce que vous parlez francais-canadien?
If you're motivated enough to ask a woman out, the very least you could do is find out what language she speaks and learn the phrase to ask her out.
If you wish to you may ask the question in the language that you speak and a person that speaks the language will be there to help you.
When you want to ask about someone's health in French you would say Comment allez-vous.
