There is currently no way to do that.
The only way I can think of is to attach the picture through its URL link under "Add related Links," and to point out that there is a link. For example, for the Question "What geographical feature is this?" - you would attach its photo as a related link via the photo's URL, and you would submit the Question as "What geographical feature is this - see photo in attached link?"
Images do not show up in the answer body, however, attaching it to the related links is acceptable, check below for the guidelines and instructions on how to attach related links.

You can send a picture by e-mail, which involves having that picture already saved as a file and attaching the picture by pressing the "attach file" button.
On the back of picture frame backings are hooks. when you get everything in the picture frame you just take your finger and move the hook under the frame.
