Not exactly on your computer probably. But you can download garageband (for window xp) or Mixcraft (for windows vista). They are both the same programs and allow you to record, make and create music, autotune, and alot more. . :D

No, there is no Garageband app for the iPod Touch. Garageband can only be accessed if you have a Mac computer that either has iLife pre-installed on it, or if you have a Mac and buy an iLife disc to install Garageband. It is a software, not an app.

You need to save your file as AIFF from garageband to be able to open it in Mixcraft. Mixcraft cannot open native garageband files.
An Internet connection is not required to run GarageBand on a Mac. It would only be required to download the music lessons available within GarageBand.
