∙ 14y agoIt depends. You need to be more 'specific' with your question. Is a family member? A coworker? A neighbor? An old boyfriend?
With the question presented as it is, my answer would be: simply, avoid them. Do not engage in conversation or eye contact. Leave the room. You do not need to be rude about it. If this doesn't work and they are actually 'stalking' you, then, naturally more assertive measures need to be taken.
