you will need:
6 eggs
8 apples
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of plane flour
1 TS of nutmeg
TBS of water
1 preheat oven to 180oC.
2 bring the apples to a boil then add nutmeg.
3 beet up the egg whites then add the yolk sugar then the flour then add tbs of water.
4 put it into a tray.
5 bake for 40 mins
6 sprinkle some sugar on top.
And its ready to eat i like to put some cream on top
