What do you mean by bank?? Just get a good shot release and you should be able to get it in with a good rating. Another good strategy is let your team get the rebound and run all the way down court in a game and get a pass and make the open lay-up or dunk.

Yes there is an association mode in nba2k11. Have fun :)

Yes it is called 'my player mode'. You can only get it on xbox 360, ps3 and i think there is one for psp.

When it goes red it means that skill can't go any higher, it's already at its max.

Yes you can in association, you can get drafted in myplayer mode as well.

No you can not you can only play as Jordan when you finish the Jordan challenge and unlock the mode or use a cheat to unlock the mode.

It's alright i guess but it's better on a xbox 360 or a ps3. Also you get my player mode on 360 and ps3 unlike ps2. You can get it if you like.

Yes you can you just put the quarter time up and the highest you can go is 12 mins like a real NBA game.
