Sadly, there is no supervisor power to batch merge questions yet.
There is something similar to this, which is the split and merge feature in the 'Edit Alternates' section of any question. You can click that button to split and merge all selected alternates and move them to another question, all at once; however, the question must already be in the alternates to do so.

Supervisors can merge questions on WikiAnswers. You can notify Supervisors through the Community Forum, which is checked regularly. It will help if you include the URLs for the questions you think should be merged and we'll take care of it.

'Batch Split' is a tool on WikiAnswers only available to Supervisors, in which incorrect alternate wordings to multiple questions can be split all at one time, instead of one at a time. 'Batch' is just another word for 'Bundle', or basically, a lot of questions, which is referred to as a 'batch' of questions. 'Split' is separating an alternate wording from it's parent question, thereby creating the term 'Batch Split'.

As a Supervisor, if you merge two answered questions on WikiAnswers, the answers will be placed one below the other on the merged question. Usually a minor edit needs to be done to remove any duplicated information.
Can supervisors merge questions into protected questions on WikiAnswers?
If the non-protected question doesn't have an answer, then you can merge it into a protected question. However, if the non-protected question does have an answer, then it cannot be merged into a protected question.
Will WikiAnswers merge with Yahoo Answers?
Very likely not, because Answers.com (owns and created Wiki Answers is a very large company and so is Yahoo, so they probably won't merge.
