Holding on to resentment and anger toward another will only hurt one person; "You!" This anger will continue to eat at you, until you let it go. It can make you sick both mentally, and physically. It is not easy at times, however you must let it go, even if it is for your own sake. Set yourself free, and release it. Nothing is going to bring the past back, so cut the rope and let it slide. You will feel a ton of pressure being released , and your life will be that much better. If you do not let it go, I can guarantee you, it will make you sick. Now you can do this! Free yourself!

It's important to remember that being mean or seeking revenge on an ex is not healthy or productive. Focus on healing and moving on from the relationship rather than wishing ill will on your ex. Practicing self-care and surrounding yourself with positive support can help you navigate this challenging time.
