Use a fire type Pokemon of course... But If you have a water type then that will work aswell, grass types won't work all the time, but they will still work. If you do use a grass type, then you want to have meganium's petal dance. I personaly beat her on the first try with only my meganium. Though, if you do use Meganium, then make sure to have some revives with you. They will be needed if your meganium is level 36 or under. My meganium at this point is level 36, but all of Jasmine's Pokemon are between level 30 and level 35.
