How do you beat bowser on super princess peach the game?

Grab the little bomb creatures and throw them

up at Bowser's head. You need to time the throw or it

won't hit Bowser correctly. You get the bombs when Bowser stomps his claws on

the ground. Take your time to defeat

him.

However, once Bowser gets low on HP, he'll start to heal himself.

Immediately use RAGE to burst his bubble and continue to throw the bombs at

him. He should be toast in no time.

Use gloom to water the vines, then get up on the leaves and use gloom to fill Petey with water. He'll fall over, and you can jump on him. Just keep repeating that. After taking enough damage, Petey will use the rage vibe and start jumping around. Really, it shouldn't make much of a difference, though. Depending on where he is, you may have to jump to get the water in his mouth, but that's about it. He can spit out minions (and vibe crystals), and he has a shockwave attack. He also roars occasionally, pushing you away without damaging you.
