Do the best you can to keep up with Set Duat. At the end of the race (which you will lose every time) you will see three buttons. The one on the bottom should read "Win the Race." Click it to leave the race and go to the next cut scene.

As of yet, there are not definite ways to beat AQW. There are weekly updates, on the verge of defeating the 13 Chaos Lords (That's the story-line concept), but they haven't all been released yet. I believe either 6 or 7 have, as of now.
