The way i did it was this. Durmite has 347 hp. You know when she is low enough that she will use the straw. Sometimes when she needs to use the straw to reboost her energy, she will made tint white knights guard her. They only have 10 hp, so ignore them but counter attack the little people (:3) by jumping on them at the correct time. When Durmite uses her straw use a powerful move such as green shell or fire flower flower if you have obtained that. The straw only has 16 hp so it should be easy.

You use the light to help yourself get through that part of bowsers body. At one part, you have to get parts of a shape to get through this door wisdurm got through. After you open the door you follow him inside until you get to an end of somewhere. That is when wisdurm goes up and yells at you for following him. Mario talks to him and makes a deal.You have to battle him for the star cure.In battle, wisdurm changes from durmite to wisdurm but small durmite. After the battle, he gives you the cure and than leaves as a butterfly.

I'm not sure what you mean. For the wiggler that is fought after the carrot challenge, you need to punch each body segment until they are all yellow, then attack the head. For durmite, the creature that was inside the carrot, just keep attacking it like any other enemy.
