First of all you have to make sure you have combo's enabled. Once you've done that gain some special power, to fill your attack bar. Activate your power bar and use 2nd attack 'ultimate missile strike' until the donkey is at half health. Attack is with your uprgraded grenade launcher to get it down so it only has a small amount of life left, then flying ninja kick it until it is down, level complete :)
