after tem galatic beats your rival, you have to you to veilstone city and go to the Galatic head quarters. When you reach the door, the detective guy is going to catch up with you. He's going to say that he'll catch up with you later or something like that. After, you go to the Galatic ware house which is on the other side of the city. Go up/ inside. the detective guy will catch up with you. he will open a door, then you follow him inside and get the galatic key inside the ware house. Go back to the head quarteres and go inside. inside the head quarters, you will fight the galatic leader, then I think commander Saturn or one of those. Then you will press a botton and set uxie and all those three Pokemon free!
