The item you get from 1519 AD are Edmund Hillary's climbing goggles (11 o'clock, 1953 AD). Go past the guards to the far right, where an old warrior will give you a mask. Wear it and the guard will give you the goggles.
The Aztecs are at 1519 AD (5 o'clock on the time device). Their Sun Stone piece is at Edison's house (9 o'clock, 1877 AD). To reach the roof, go to the "car" or horseless carriage at left and start it with the butoon on back. It will drive beneath the tree.
