How do you beat the dragon in Kingdom Hearts?

To me, Cerberus was one of the easiest bosses in the whole game. Make sure you have equipped Dodge Roll as you will need it when Cerberus starts shooting fireballs from its mouth and makes some stuff shoot out of the ground when he vomets black stuff. You will have the chance to attack him when he looks like he is laying down on the ground. Attack one of his heads with the Keyblade, but be careful, he can still bite. Also, equip as much potions as you can. Hope that helps. =D

P.S. If you don't have Dodge Roll, make sure you visit the other available worlds and finish them first.

when Cerberus attacks with bite at the end you can get on his back and you wont get hit with the fire balls and the lightning XD

It's really hard and takes patience it's like the trickmaster at the beginning.It repeats the same routine over and over so best is to try and dodge it's attacks and then attack during the lag between it's next

If its the giant darkness heartless with a cut out of a heart (dark side) lock on to his hand with R1 and keep attacking

If its the gaurd armour in traverse town then attack the arms and feat first then focus on the main body or head

Use Haste, Temper, and Heal when needed. Use physical attacks but no offensive magic.
