and when the level just starts go to the YELLOW building and park your car right there and jump on the truck then jump onto the building and get the collecter card and the monkeys (2) on the building then hurry around and get the easier monkeys and before you know it (after a few times) you will beat that level GOOD LUCK Don't worry it took me forever to figuere out how to beat this level too. -SeanDude
